Returns

We do not accept returns for face-masks due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

At Victor Alexandre Design we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience as possible with us.

We do not offer a refund for a change of mind, but may be able to provide you with a store credit depending on the circumstances.

If on delivery you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return any items, please contact us at +61 3 9584 0490 and provide the following details:

• Your name and order number

• The garment you wish to return

• The reason for your return

We will do our best to remedy the situation.

Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed) with all original tags still attached. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by shipping provider).

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Postage and shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, but in the case of a replacement item, Victor Alexandre will cover the costs.

Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any items lost during shipping, but we will ensure we do all that we can to locate your missing item.
